The Mystic Masseur

In 1945 Trinidad, Ganesh (Aasif Mandvi) is an ineffectual teacher among the Indians in the capital city. After learning that his father, a celebrated masseur, has died, Ganesh returns to his rural village to arrange the funeral, then decides to marry and remain there to fulfill his dream of becoming a writer. He struggles in that calling but soon discovers some of his father's talent as a masseur and healer.
