In this Italian/West German dark comedy, mad butcher Otto Lehman (Victor Buono) tries to regain his status as "best butcher in Vienna" after being released from a mental hospital. In a fit of rage over his wife's nagging, however, Otto strangles the woman (Franca Polesello) and disposes of her body by adding it to his famous sausage. Soon, other people in Otto's life start "disappearing" -- and the sausages keep getting tastier.
