Tyrone Power portrays Americans abroad in these two classic fantasies. In The Luck of the Irish, a journalist (Power) meets a leprechaun when he travels to Ireland to reconnect with his roots, but his life is turned upside down when the impish creature follows him back to New York. In I'll Never Forget You, an American scientist (Power) working in London is transported to the 1700s, where he falls in love with a beautiful woman (Ann Blyth).
