The Last Days of Left Eye

Filmmaker Lauren Lazin chronicles the final days of Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, member of the R&B supergroup TLC, in this film featuring highly personal home movies shot by Left Eye herself before perishing in a 2002 car crash. Lazin covers Lopes's entire career, including her struggles with alcohol and scrapes with the law, while Lopes's own footage reveals an artist finally coming to terms with her past and planning a fresh start for her life.
