Growing up side by side on the streets, brothers Chang (Chow-Yun Fat) and Alan (Alan Tang) were inseparable. But now that they're adults, their lives have gone in different directions. While Chang took the traditional route and got married after a young life of crime, Alan remains wild and involved with local thugs. But when a rival group of mobsters tries to take down Alan's business, he turns to his faithful brother.
