Based on Anne Rice's popular novel, The Feast of All Saints follows Marcel Ste. Marie (Ri'chard), one of only a few free African-Americans in 1840s New Orleans, an anomaly in a society that still supported slave labor. Marcel wants to know where he comes from so he can decide where he's headed -- a journey that leads to questions, troubles and, ultimately, acceptance.
