The Doorman

A once-powerful doorman (Lucas Akoskin) ends up in an awkward spot when he loses his gig but can't bring himself to tell the documentary filmmakers who've been following him around. As the cameras continue to roll, he tries to maintain his veneer as gatekeeper to the glitterati. Director Peter Bogdanovich, "Queer Eye" design guy Thom Filicia and former Miss Universe Denise Quiñones portray themselves in this incisive indie mockumentary.
