After Dr. Jake Terrell (Scott) and his wife (Trish Van Devere) train their dolphins to speak, the sleek swimmers are kidnapped by the military for use in a vicious assassination plot. Buck Henry wrote the script (based on Robert Merle's novel) and performed the dolphin voices; Paul Sorvino co-stars.
