This anthology includes three films from celebrated German auteur Werner Herzog, including "The Dark Glow of the Mountains," a gripping examination of mountain climber Reinhard Messner's relentless internal drive as he makes two challenging ascents. "Ballad of the Little Soldier" explores the plight of child soldiers in Nicaragua, and "Precautions Against Fanatics" features a comic, faux-documentary look at the world of horse racing.
