This comic romp weaves together three stories that reveal the sexual secrets of the inhabitants of a small Italian town. When a married banker (Gastone Moschin) moves in with his mistress (Virna Lisi), the men of the town have the two arrested. Meanwhile, another man (Alberto Lionello) fakes impotence to pursue an affair with his doctor's wife, and village men try to seduce a local teen. The film won the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival.
