Los Angeles residents Bernie McCollough (Bernie Mac) and his wife Wanda (Kellita Smith) are living a comfortable life when Bernie's sister goes into rehab, and her three kids wind up on Bernie's doorstep. Raising kids isn't easy, and these three kids find -- and push -- every one of Uncle Bernie's buttons, much to the chagrin of the oft-bewildered Bernie. This show has won both an Emmy award and a Peabody award for excellence in television.
