Talk about a mess! In a colossal mix-up, a Queens, NY, hairstylist (Fran Drescher) winds up in an eastern European country to tutor the children of a stern dictator (Timothy Dalton) in science. The problem? She knows nothing about the subject. But she does know a lot about human behavior, having gleaned wisdom from her many years at the salon. Whether the dictator approves of her and her teaching methods is another issue altogether!
