Social worker Ann Gentry (Anjanette Comer) visits her latest assignment, the Wadsworth clan, consisting of a boozy, suffocating matriarch (Ruth Roman); her two demented daughters (Suzanne Zenor and Marianna Hill); and Baby, her 21-year-old son who's being kept in an infantile state, complete with crib and diapers. Ann makes it her mission to rescue Baby, but she's harboring a secret, which leads to an unforgettable finale in this twisted shocker.
