Helen Capel (Dorothy McGuire) doesn't speak. She's lived most of her life walled off in silence, unable to communicate through words. Still, she's managed to make peace with her disability, living with it day after day -- until she's stalked by a serial killer who preys on women who are physically impaired and unable to fight off attackers. Suddenly, she must find a way to let others know she's in danger, but how?
