"Giallo" refers to the controversial series of savage Italian suspense thrillers that shocked international audiences in the 1960s and 1970s, and director Aldo Lado serves up a frightful piece of terror with this giallo. A body -- thought to be dead -- is brought to a hospital, where the corpse's thoughts become audible. As he stops listening to doctors squabbling and begins to remember who he is and why he is there, the terror explodes.
