Growing up in the segregated south, Luke (Cody Newton) and Joshua (Duane McLaughlin) overcome societal prejudice to become best friends. When their youthful antics lead to the discovery of a racially motivated triple-homicide, local sheriff Frank Richards (Dean Cain) vows to get to the bottom of things.
