Based on a novel by Norma Levinson, this Hallmark Hall of Fame production follows chain-smoking Boston teacher Leah Lazenby (Stockard Channing) on her quest to start a boarding house inside her family home. But while she expected her new tenants (including Sam Waterston, Joan Allen, Clancy Brown, Sarah Jessica Parker and Jerry O'Connell) to be a source of extra income, she never thought they'd enrich her life.
