Assigned to test the effectiveness of the Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle, Lieutenant Colonel James Burton (Cary Elwes) becomes concerned about excessive development costs for what appears to be a seriously flawed vehicle. Burton attempts safety tests on the vehicle and delves into the Army's expenditures, but is hindered by Major General Partridge (Kelsey Grammer). Olympia Dukakis, John C. McGinley, Tom Wright and Richard Benjamin also star.
