Alan Arkin's a dentist who quickly grows skeptical about his daughter's wild claims that her future father-in-law (Peter Falk) is a CIA agent. But when he's sucked into a bizarre adventure in a banana republic, Arkin begins to reassess his opinion. Arkin and Falk have an almost faultless comic chemistry as an odd couple coupled by outrageous circumstances. Just remember to "serpentine!"
