While backpacking through rural England, American student Cassie Grant (Christina Ricci) is hit by a car and suffers mild amnesia as a result. During her recovery, she begins having violent premonitions that seem to bear a connection to a recently unearthed ancient church, the discovery site of some startlingly sinister religious relics. Are Cassie's visions merely the product of a bump on the head, or is she truly touched by second sight?
