When loser Marvin Mange (Rob Schneider) is involved in a horrible car accident, he is brought back to life by a deranged scientist as half man, half animal. His newfound powers are awesome -- but their bad side effects could take over his life. With his new squeeze, Rianna (Colleen Haskell), and rival Sgt. Sisk (John C. McGinley) thinking they know him as a cool cat, Marvin must fight to control his crazy primal urges.
