This Pulitzer Prize-winning Stephen Sondheim musical is directed by Sondheim collaborator James Lapine. Follow artist Georges Seurat (Mandy Patinkin) as he paints his lover, Dot (Bernadette Peters), and interacts with the people who become characters in his painting "Afternoon on the Isle of La Grande Jatte." Act II portrays Seurat's artistic great-grandson (also Patinkin) and his grandmother (also Peters) as they revisit Seurat's life and work.
