The TV adventures of cockney junk dealer Albert Steptoe (Wilfrid Brambell) and his oafish son, Harold (Harry H. Corbett), inspired two feature films as well as the U.S. sitcom "Sanford and Son." In Steptoe and Son, Harold marries a stripper, and Albert rushes to crash their honeymoon in Spain. In Steptoe and Son Ride Again, Harold bets -- and loses -- his life savings on a blind greyhound and must go to great comic lengths to pay off his debt.
