Punch your way to reduced fat and increased strength with the help of this cardio workout by three-time world heavyweight kickboxing champ Derek Panza, who uses the techniques demonstrated here when he trains the greatest fighters in the sport. Panza starts off with the jab, straight and lead hook, then progresses to rear uppercut, lead uppercut and rear hook. Finally, he brings it all together with a workout that integrates the six punches.
