What would Vincent Van Gogh do in today's world? When a magic potion lands Van Gogh (David Abbott) in the middle of the Rose Parade, he's stunned to learn he's now considered one of the world's greatest artists. Inspired, Van Gogh devises a plan to give the proceeds from his paintings to struggling young artists. First, however, he must steal them back from the greedy collectors who've been hoarding them.
