America's favorite singing cowboy, Roy Rogers, plays a character by the same name who owns an oil pipeline located near a missile-launching site. The devious Gregory Camwell (Grant Withers) covets the site and steals some of Roy's oil while gaining access. In an action-packed climax, Camwell rigs a missile with explosives and Roy tries to stop him in an all-out fistfight … on top of an oil derrick!
