In the year 2008, a massive beast is moving through a nearly flooded London, slaughtering all who stand in its way. But it'll have to get past Harley Stone (Rutger Hauer), a cop who lost his partner to the murderous creature and is out to stop its rampage once and for all. With a new rookie partner by his side, can Stone accomplish his mission -- and save his girlfriend (Kim Cattrall) before she falls prey to the creature's murder-lust?
