After suicide survivor Kelly and her mom, Laura Lee, move to a summer cottage, Kelly befriends a teenage boy … whom only she can see. Concerned about Kelly's transparent friend and other strange events, Laura Lee consults Kelly's psychiatrist, who decides to call in a psychic to determine whether the house is haunted.
