Moonshine and madness reign in this mirthful adventure that has a sheriff, Jacob Gorch (Don Johnson) trying to take control of his runaway life. It doesn't help that his cousin, Isum (Ben Johnson), has been making and swilling liquor, a contraband during Prohibition. Matters turn even worse when a crooner hits Jacob's town of Soggy Bottom, ready for some action. Can Jacob keep it together? Earl Boen and Lois Nettleton co-star.
