Shin Chan has a way of being inappropriate, pissing off his parents but making everyone around him laugh. He manages to get himself into sticky situations -- all while being in kindergarten. Originally a controversial Japanese anime series, Shin Chan has since been adapted for an American audience and aired on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming block, rendering the show a grown-ups only, equal-opportunity comedic offender.
