Sgt. Bilko (Steve Martin) is hardly a role model -- he gambles, rents out military vehicles and implements a string of shady schemes. Even so, his troops idolize him, and Bilko's commanding officer (Dan Aykroyd) looks the other way. Things heat up when Bilko's nemesis (Phil Hartman) pays him a visit, seeking revenge for a past misdeed. But it gets even hotter when Bilko forgets his wedding day -- and his fiancée (Glenne Headly) is steamed.
