Jory and Tess (Blake Foster and Danielle Wiener) live with their grandparents (Hal Holbrook and Rue McClanahan) in an animal shelter -- where all the animals can talk. But when a couple of repulsive relatives scheme to get their greedy hands on the kids' trust fund and kidnap the shelter's puppies, it's Rusty the Beagle to the rescue. This fun family adventure features the voices of Matthew Lawrence, Bob Goldthwait and Rodney Dangerfield.
