Roy Rogers stars as a former Rough Rider who joins the border patrol with his buddies Rusty (Raymond Hatton) and Tommy (Eddie Acuff). When Tommy is gunned down in a local saloon by gold smuggler Arizona Jack (William Pawley), Roy and Rusty cross the border to bring the killer to justice. After Arizona Jack steals a gold shipment and kidnaps a mine owner's daughter, Roy and Rusty must attempt a daring rescue and capture the murdering thief.
