When shady businessman Hackett (Hooper Atchley) organizes a rash of cattle thefts in a plot to gain control of the Cattleman's Protective Association, "Mesquiteers" Stony Brooke (Robert Livingston), Tucson Smith (Ray Corrigan) and Lullaby Joslin (Max Terhune) ride into town just in time. The cowboys mount a charity show to help raise the necessary funds to save the association, hoping they can blow the lid off Hackett's plan.
