Stowaways Jeff (Bing Crosby) and Orville (Bob Hope) end up shipwrecked on the North African coast, where they shanghai a camel and journey across the desert to Morocco. For some fast cash, Jeff sells Orville into slavery. But instead, Orville lands in clover: His owner turns out to be the luscious Princess Shalmar (Dorothy Lamour), who announces plans to wed Orville. Before long, the Machiavellian motive for her proposal becomes apparent. …
