The world believes that Inspector Clouseau (Peter Sellers) has fallen victim to Douvier (Robert Webber), a drug lord who's just blown up the inspector's home. But Clouseau, very much alive, is headed for Hong Kong with the drug lord's discarded mistress (Dyan Cannon) to investigate Douvier and a heroin deal worth 50 million Francs. Can Clouseau, disguised as the Godfather, intercept the deal? And will Inspector Dreyfus see through his disguise?
