Following the untimely death of her husband, James (Paul Copley), Maureen Lessing (Brenda Fricker) confronts the shocking discovery that her dearly departed mate led a double life -- one complete with a second "wife" and child. Filled with rage, Maureen is forced to put her anger aside when she learns that James's son is battling leukemia and his only hope for survival is a bone marrow transplant from one of the siblings he's never known.
