Tough Los Angeles cop John Sato (kickboxing champion Don "The Dragon" Wilson) is fired from his elite SWAT team after the accidental death of a fellow officer. Unemployed and desperate, Sato descends to the depths of society and becomes involved in a high-stakes underworld crime caper.
