The evolution of the Beatles, arguably the biggest band ever to hit the scene, is charted in this film, which begins in their hometown of Liverpool and follows the lads all the way to their heartbreaking -- to fans, anyway -- decision to disband. The documentary makes pit stops along the way via home movies and photos, as well as performance footage and newsreels. Also included are interviews with roadies, contemporaries and more.
