Pursued

This hard-hitting Western drama tells the story of two families, the Rands and the Callums, who have a long-standing rivalry. When a Callum kills all the Rands save one -- a young boy whom the Callums adopt and raise as their own -- the lone survivor (Robert Mitchum) grows up swearing vengeance, unaware of his adopted family's role in the slaughter. Now, the Callums are determined not to let him live long enough to fulfill his vow.
