Half video-art piece and half live concert film, this presentation provides a perfect reflection of the two sides of video-art and music group Psychic TV. "Black" captures the group at the height of its acid jazz phase at a 1991 art performance at London's Subterrania Club, and "Joy" takes viewers to a 1989 live show in Manchester, where the group performs "Candy Says," "Arcadia," "R U Experienced" and more.
