Firecracker Howard Stern (playing himself, naturally) exposes his personal side in this affectionate, big-screen version of his best-selling autobiography. Tracking his ascension from nerdy Long Island student to Gotham's No. 1 radio shock-jock, the movie chronicles Stern's X-rated on-air behavior, nonstop scuffles with executives about censorship and his surprisingly tender relationship with his spouse (portrayed by Mary McCormack).
