Daphne Zuniga (of Spaceballs and "Melrose Place" fame) stars as a deranged serial killer who lures her victims through friendship before slaying them in cold blood and revamping her appearance to resemble them in every way. When the so-called "Chameleon" sets her sights on a handsome stranger (James Wilder) who offers her a ride, it's up to the man's sheriff ex-girlfriend (Alexandra Paul) to stop him from adding his body to the rising count.
