Popeye first showed up in the Thimble Theater comic strip in 1929 and has been collecting fans ever since. Celebrate his 75th anniversary with these cartoon episodes produced by Fleischer and Famous. This two-disc set features 34 remastered adventures, including "Popeye the Sailor Meets Sinbad the Sailor" (1936), "Popeye the Sailor Meets Ali Baba's Forty Thieves" (1937) and "Popeye the Sailor in Aladdin and His Wonderful Lamp" (1939).
