Oscar winner Jon Voight racks up his second Emmy nomination playing an aging Karol Wojtyla (aka Pope John Paul II) in this elaborate television biopic filmed on location in Krakow, Poland, and the Vatican City. Following Wojtyla's extraordinary journey from a young Polish boy to the head of the Roman Catholic Church -- and the second longest-reigning pontificate in history -- the film also stars Cary Elwes, who plays the pope as a younger man.
