Jackie Chan directs and stars in this detective thriller. Kevin (Chan), a cop with the Hong Kong Police Department, is assigned to guard a key witness in the trial of a mobster he single-handedly captured. But when Kevin is duped by the comely witness, the drug boss is released for lack of evidence, and Kevin is framed for murder. Fast action and suspense follow as Kevin chases down the true criminals to prove his innocence.
