In a less-than-brilliant flight of fancy, the mayor decides that the Police Academy will now be open to any and all applicants. Of course, that opens the floodgates to a swarm of weirdos and eccentrics who have no business protecting or serving anything (except perhaps fast food). Steve Guttenberg stars in this hilarious movie that spawned a rash of raucous sequels. Includes the documentary "Behind Academy Doors: Secret Files Revealed."
