Ash and his Pokemon friends visit Alto Mare, the "water capital" of the world, to meet up with Latias and Latios, a Pokemon brother-and-sister pair. There, they must guard the Droplet of the Heart, a valuable treasure on which the thieving Zanna and Rion have set their sights. Will Ash and his friends manage to save the treasure from Zanna and Rion and from the flood that threatens to destroy it?
