Thirteen-year-old twins Melanie and Allyson Porter (Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen) spend spring break in Paris with their grandfather, the U.S. ambassador to France. Racing around the city on mopeds, they befriend a famous supermodel, bring American culture to the embassy, teach their uptight chaperone important life lessons and fall head-over-heels for two French boys. The sights of Paris create a magnificent backdrop for the twins' adventures.
