This pair of 1956 comedies -- which combine strong performances with the trademark slapstick of Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin -- were among the last, and best, movies the duo made together. In Pardners, Martin takes greenhorn Lewis under his wing as they wrangle with some rough-ridin' bad guys in the Wild West. In the satiric Hollywood or Bust, starry-eyed Lewis and two-bit gambler Martin journey to Tinseltown to meet a sexy starlet (Anita Ekberg).
